Responsibilities:

The Engineering Intern in the maintenance department will play a key role in supporting the maintenance and improvement activities of the company's equipment and facilities. They will work closely with the maintenance team, learning firsthand how to identify problems, propose solutions, and monitor the execution of technical tasks.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and updating of preventive and predictive maintenance plans, contributing to the reduction of unplanned downtime.
  • Participate in the root cause analysis of failures, assisting in data collection and the preparation of technical reports.
  • Support the management of parts, materials, and tools required for maintenance activities.
  • Contribute to the documentation of activities, maintenance records, and process improvements.
  • Participate in technical meetings and training sessions, seeking to expand their knowledge in engineering, maintenance, and occupational safety.
  • Support the collection of data for the development of indicators and contribute to the identification of solutions for problem-solving.
  • Support the development of suppliers and service providers.

  • Currently pursuing a degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, automation, or related fields).
  • Interest in maintenance, industrial processes, projects, and technology.
  • Good communication skills, proactivity, and a willingness to learn.
  • Advanced English
