Overview:

We're looking for a Recruiter to play a key role in shaping the future of our Americas region operations including the USA, Canada and LATAM. Reporting directly to the Americas Talent Acquisition Senior Manager, you’ll help drive our regional recruiting strategy across all diverse business units, making a real impact as we continue to grow. This is a high-visibility role that offers the chance to build relationships, impact hiring decisions, and work alongside a collaborative and driven team. You’ll be a valued recruitment partner, delivering exceptional experiences for both candidates and hiring managers. For this role we offer a hybrid work model with three days in-office and the other two days remote, giving you the best of both worlds.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to refine job requirements, align expectations, and determine the most effective recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively source top talent through multiple channels while staying informed on industry and market trends.
  • Conduct thoughtful and thorough technical phone screens, delivering a respectful and engaging candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR to align on workforce needs and ensure seamless execution of hiring plans across all business units.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System, ensuring visibility, compliance, and data integrity across the organization.
  • Leverage a diverse range of sourcing tools—including social media, job boards, networking events, and executive search tactics—to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficiency, quality hires, and a consistent employer brand experience throughout.
  • Lead and coordinate the full interview process, including scheduling, stakeholder communication, and gathering feedback for effective decision-making.
  • Deliver timely, professional feedback to all candidates, contributing to a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines to support future hiring needs and enable a more strategic, long-term recruitment approach.
  • Contribute to special talent acquisition projects and initiatives as needed, bringing innovation and continuous improvement to the team.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ Years of full-cycle recruitment experience within corporate and manufacturing environments preferred.  
  • Bachelor’s degree is required. 
  • Proven success using LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms to attract top talent.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; familiarity with iCIMS is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
  • A results-driven mindset with high energy, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering great hiring experiences.
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Understanding of employment and recruiting compliance and law.  
  • Awareness of talent acquisition best practices and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written); able to build trust with hiring teams and provide constructive, professional guidance when needed.
  • Demonstrated planning, organization, and analytical abilities to support talent strategy execution.
  • Commitment to integrity, empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions.
