Overview:

 

Digital Marketing Communication Specialists execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business growth. This role involves operational management of various digital channels, platforms and tools, incl. reporting and analytics to optimize marketing efforts. A high focus area includes managing the DAM system to ensure proper tagging and organization of data.

Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Digital Tool Management: Responsible for organizing, managing, and optimizing digital tools to enhance efficiency and streamline processes. This includes ensuring seamless integration and operation of various digital platforms and applications
  • Data Asset Management (DAM): Managing data within the DAM system, ensuring proper tagging and organization to guarantee the correct content is distributed to connected platforms such as Chemille or the company website. Focuses on maintaining data quality and maximizing the value of digital assets
  • Execute Digital MarCom Campaigns: Executes digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, search engines, platforms and tools in close collaboration with the Marketing Communications team
  • Project Management: Manage all digital projects from campaign related projects to transitioning projects related to a change in the digital approach
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor, adjust, and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Data Privacy: Collaborate closely with the data privacy team to execute data privacy required processes and ensure compliance
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Marketing Communications team and execute identified digital strategies incl. SEO in alignment with overall business goals. Maintain effective internal communications to keep all relevant stakeholders informed

Qualifications:

Critical Experiences:

  • Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including website management, campaign management, SEO, SEM, social media, platforms and tools
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Competencies / Behaviors:
  • Process & Tool Affinity: Ability to quickly adapt to changes in the digital landscape and learning/understanding new tools and process flows and their interconnections
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Proactively seeks opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

  • Language Skills: English - High proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
  • Experience: 3-5 years
  • Bachelor Degree: preferably in Digital Media and Marketing Communications or Marketing
