Responsibilities:

Business Relationship Manager needed by Celanese Corporation in Irving TX (& various unanticipated locations throughout the US; may work from home) to Responsible for managing technologies and business relationships in the achievement of operational activities which are aligned to the strategy and objectives of Digital Customer Journey organization. Partner with Business, Product lines, Technology & Innovation, customer Experience, Information Technology (IT) teams to prioritize project implementations in support of digital transformation. Proactively communicate key initiatives and listen to customer feedback to improve IT services and manage impact to business. Accountable for advancement of the strategy of commercial applications and provide and execute upon data analysis and insights. Accountable for delivery of IT services and serve as first point of escalation. Expand use of SalesForce and related platforms to determine how the new technologies can be used to replace existing applications (as appropriate), and build a business cases for new applications. Manage IT related business risks (security, application, and roadmap). Partner with external vendors and third party providers on existing deliverables and new requirements in support of Digital Commercial strategy. Utilize Advanced MS Excel, Six Sigma Green Belt, Data Analysis, SAP R3, and SAP APO.

Qualifications:

Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Supply Chain Management, Administration, or Management. Position requires experience, project experience, or course work in utilizing Advanced MS Excel, Six Sigma Green Belt, Data Analysis, SAP R3, and SAP APO.
