Responsibilities:

HR- IT Relationship Manager needed by Celanese Corporation in Irving, TX (& various unanticipated locations throughout the US; may work from home) to Analyze, design and propose delivery effort estimations, recommend feasible and effective solutions for applications in SAP Success factors modules; Employee Central (EC), Performance and Global Management (PMGM), Compensation, Variable pay, Rewards  and  recognition,  Learning  management  systems  (LMS)  and  SAP  ERP  HCM  Modules; Organization Management (OM), Payroll, Personnel Administration (PA), Cross Application Timesheets (CATS), compensation, benefits modules for all business operating global locations. Design and provision environment architecture, ensuring proper testing and migration paths. Design and develop plan for activities, risk analysis and mitigation plans, technical Information Technology (IT) process to ensure and implement successful solutions for all human resources functionalities. Adhere to agile/other software development  methodologies  and  process  standards to  ensure  system meets  functional  and technical requirements. Develop and execute plans to deliver technical solutions, meeting HR stakeholder needs. Provide quality application management solutions by managing operational performance including SLAs, efficiency measures, demand planning and profitability. Prepare design specifications, functional and process design, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support processes and procedures to integrate SAP SuccessFactors, SAP-HCM, ADP applications, ServiceNow and other applications within enterprise. Manage small to mid-size technical projects, ensuring that the delivered solution meets all requirements and is delivered on time. Directs the work of all project resources to ensure timelines and budgets are met. Leads testing and defect resolution activities to ensure quality of delivered product. Define security and develop data policies to ensure data standards are setup to secure organization employee data, data workflows and working with the business for master data corrections; administer complex, multi-level security model in responsible software: SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP Payroll, ADP Time & Attendance, etc. Monitor and maintain Single-Sign On implementations (SAML, SAML2, SuccessFactors IAS). Ensure GDPR and other data privacy compliance measures for all implemented solutions. Assesses security compliance through Records of Processing Activity (RoPA) analysis. Design, develop, and maintain integrations between systems using SuccessFactors Integration Suite, SuccessFactors Integration Center, SAP  CPI,  Dell  Boomi,  and  encryption  technology  (SSL,  PGP,  etc.).  Creates  and  maintains  design documentation on all solutions. Provide Subject Matter expertise in leading HRIT and providing IT solutions in SAP HCM and Success factors within all modules such as Goal management. Design, develop, and  maintain  SAP  HCM-  Organization  Management  (OM),  Personal  Administration  (PA),  Cross Application Time Sheets (CATS), Time Management, Payroll, SAP Concur, SAP ABAP, SAP ESS/MSS, SuccessFactors (Employee Central(EC), Performance Management and Goal Management (PMGM), Compensation, Learning management systems( LMS), Succession, Integration Center), Dell Boomi, and XML script. Design and implement SAP-CATS solution for new plants- created work schedules, setting the business rules (PCR’s), Attendance/absence quota’s, time wage types, payroll wage types, schema updates and making time entries to payroll processing. Design and configure end to end US Payroll Lifecyle in SAP ERP system to process bi-weekly/monthly wages. Configure processing rules and payroll schema’s for SAP Payroll Calculations, Remuneration statement, garnishments, maintain general ledger accounting, health benefits, 401k, state, and federal Taxes and send this data to third party vendor for payments. Configure, maintain, and test payroll tax solutions (BSI Tubs) every quarter to keep systems update to date with tax slabs and tax rates for accurate tax calculation on employee payroll run. Design, develop and maintain SAP HCM- Organization Management. 

Qualifications:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience in a related occupation designing, developing and maintaining SAP HCM- Organization Management (OM), Personal  Administration  (PA),  Cross  Application  Time  Sheets  (CATS),  Time  Management,  payroll  SAP ESS/MSS, SuccessFactors (Employee Central (EC), Performance Management and Goal Management (PMGM), Compensation,  Leaning  management  systems  (LMS),  Succession,  Integration  Center);  and  designing  and developing, SAP ABAP, and Dell Boomi.
