Responsibilities:

This is an onsite, in-person position located at: 2001 FM Road 3057, Bay City, Texas 77404-0509

 

The Advanced Coordinator Administrator reports to the Director of Manufacturing Site Operations and provides administrative support, including (but not limited to) Yield Accounting, Quality ISO9001:2015, Site Support for HR & IT, and Purchasing Requisitions. The Advanced Coordinator Administrator role is proactive, an excellent communicator, and organized for prioritizing and multitasking.   

 

Responsibilities

  • Manages and updates daily Yield Accounting including invoice reconciliation and monthly closing.
  • Executes SAP postings, Purchase Requisitions, Quality Notifications, Tracking Closure of audit findings
  • ISO9001:2015 Quality Coordinator for site (lead internal/external audits, maintain Quality Manual, provides training, tracks audit findings and document control).
  • Coordinates and promotes Celanese Foundation volunteering events.
  • Maintain Site's training records and LMS system
  • Site support for HR (onboarding/offboarding new employees) and IT (order computer items, local support, coordinate with offsite IT, etc.)
  • Site administration role - write/edit/post SOP's, Order office supplies, computer materials, copy machines and takes meeting minutes as needed.
  • Supports Site Director as needed for special functions/visitors.

Qualifications:

 

Required

  • High School Diploma
  • 3 or more years of experience in role(s) with similar responsibilities
  • Excellent computer skills are required
  • Microsoft Office
  • ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software experience
  • Basic mathematics, including finance
  • Yield Accounting
  • Detail oriented with good time management skills and ability to manage many tasks in parallel.
  • Experience as a self-starter, working across functional lines, including “voice of the customer” to develop project goals, and then provide personal leadership to execute projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to present information/ideas to individuals and teams in an articulate and organized way and under a wide range of communication situations (presentations, reports, team and/or informal meetings). 
  • Ability to work directly with customers

 

Desired

  • Associate of Applied Science degree (2yr) or similar certifications with chemical industry experience
  • ISO9001: 2015 certified
  • Technical writing training.
  • SAP (generate Purchase Requisitions, Work Order quality notifications)
  • Auditing experience (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.)
  • Previous experience working in an industrial/manufacturing environment
