Responsibilities:

  • Provide Financial support to Filaments WW Operations and Americas Commercial Teams
  • Support Month End Closing activities
  • Support Forecasting and Planning
  • Perform and coordinate Internal Controls activities
  • Site partner billing and analysis support
  • Tax payment and filings
  • Participate on cross-functional process improvement teams to promote operational efficiencies and support leadership on strategic decisions
  • Assist in identifying process improvements for overall business

 

Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field

 

Experience and basic required skills

  • 3-5 years working experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Finance or similar experience
  • Quantitative and analytical skills to provide recommendations to the business
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills and ability to work cross functionally
  • Ability to maintain and develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders

  • Washington Works, WV, USA

 

Preferred skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, esp. Excel
  • Preferred SAP/IFS knowledges
  • Efficient written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously and to work critical timelines
  • Delivers positive results through realistic planning to accomplish goals
  • Ability to assess and identify issues and risks across the process to translate business needs to technical solutions

He/she has excellent, open, and proactive communication capabilities, identifying and addressing issues via an open, candid dialog.  Preferred candidate brings a high level of energy and passion to excel.  Ability to energize and influence a wide spectrum of people, including senior financial and operational professionals.

  • Elevated Business Partner mentality and strong Communication skills (i.e. executive presentation and peer-to-peer training)
