Program Summary

Celanese has a commitment to building a strong pipeline of talent through our University Intern Program. We are currently recruiting for the 12-week paid internship program for the summer of 2025.  Our company has embarked on an accelerated Digitalization journey to develop Manufacturing ‘Plants of the Future’ that is paving the way for transforming the entire Celanese enterprise to a series of autonomous, integrated, yet unique, and optimized digital manufacturing plants. We have the strategy and the vision; we’ve defined the bridges from the past that lead to the future; we can see the future state and defined the use cases. We’ve established focus on FLAWLESS DAY and the SQRE (Stewardship, Quality, Reliability, Engagement) foundation. This journey starts with an opportunity to replicate each actual physical asset of the site as a digital twin with a unified integrated data platform that can be visualized—enabling improved decision making on the right data, at the right time and at the right place—so that Celanese can improve reliability, and operational excellence, and continue to manufacture quality products safely.
