Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement improvement plan for the Unit Technology.
  • Develop and maintain plan to address gap from entitlement target, most effective technology, and best practices.
  • Work with capital projects owner on process discipline related project design and installations.
  • Scale up interface between production and outside resources. Develop plan for execution of plant trials (new product, raw material, process and equipment).
  • Work with Manufacturing expert on resolving technical issues.
  • Continuous engagement in the production facility to identify and remove barriers inhibiting flawless production.
  • Oversees unit MOC process.
  • Collaborates with the process Safety program owner or outside servicing companies to facilitate PHAs.
  • Leverages improvements between different sites or industries to continuously improve the technology and the production process.
  • Drives improvement to production capacity, efficiency, process safety and environmental performance in accordance with UTP and BTP plan.
