Main activities
1. Creates preventive-predictive maintenance care plans in the static-rotating mechanical specialty.
2. Creates and provides training to develop technical capabilities to the 24/7 Team, SME, etc.
3. Responsible for the reliability KPI's of the static-rotating mechanical discipline.
4. Leads and gives mechanical integrity recommendations or technical guidelines to maintain site reliability, based on business strategy and available resources.
5. Networks with experts from other sites to identify and adopt best practices to reliability programs.
6. Provides mechanical integrity oversight and ensures effectiveness and compliance with organizational policies.
7. Anticipates potential failures of critical equipment through data analysis.
8. Provides technical advice to the various work groups in the identification and resolution of static-rotating specialty problems.
9. Develops root cause analysis of equipment failures (RCA's).
10. Identifies and creates action plans to eliminate bad actors from the site.
11. Participates in comprehensive site accountability program.
12. Reliability review and approval of new design reliability and change management (MOC's).
13. Submits continuous improvement plans for the optimization of available resources.
14. Generates and follows up on claims (QN) with specialized service providers.
