  • Maintain Asset Availability data and drive productivity for department.
  • Support Site MOC process, including Reliability approval of new or modified electrical system designs and changes to electrical system care plans
  • Lead reliability investigations for electrical equipment failures, including proper application of RCA process and corrective action plans.
  • Develop action plans to achieve results, including recommendations to resolve emerging issues as part of the “Bad Actor” Process
  • Collaborate with Asset Leader to understand and set priority for electrical equipment/system repairs impacting reliability.
  • Build strategy around electrical reliability system training and knowledge support; Creates and delivers training to develop the technical capabilities of the reliability, maintenance and operations team.
  • Network with other manufacturing sites to share best practices.
  • Identify programs and initiatives around overhead electrical distribution lines to drive reliability improvements.
  • Provide technical data to ERCOT and other regulatory agencies as required
  • Creates predictive and preventative maintenance care plans, and ensures electrical distribution ITPM program is being executed on time and within budget.
  • Provide technical review of engineering projects; works with OEMs, unit and project teams on specification and selection of new equipment; participates in factory acceptance tests for new installations as appropriate
