    Human Resources (in support of Global Manufacturing) is seeking a summer intern to work closely with manufacturing leadership and HR to develop proactive workforce plans to address potential, impending retirements. The intern will leverage predictive analysis and talent acquisitions trends to determine the necessary elements needed to maintain headcount requirements. The final delivery of the project will be to provide recommended plans for identified locations and suggested course of actions to be considered to deliver on strategic plans.


    Must be working towards Bachelors of Human Resources- graduating either December 2020 or May 2021. 

    Must be elegible to work in the U.S. with no restriction

    Must have 3.0 or higher GPA

    Internship dates May 26th to August 14th 2020.
